Glynn established his first company - a leading youth consumer magazine - at the age of 15, to challenge the way young people learn. He now works across private and public sectors and his initiatives have been consumed by millions of print media readers, by tens of millions of television viewers and over a billion internet visitors.

'Culture Group', founded by Glynn, has two decades of experience in global trends. They advise the world's leading brands - and world leaders - on future-proofing their relevance using strategies that combine marketing with social impact, focused on regeneration. They do this by developing digital strategies, IP formats and partnerships to create social change. This results in loyalty and growth for clients including Google, Virgin, Red Bull, Comic Relief and Santander.

Having worked with a ‘who’s who’ of famous names - from Beyoncé to Bill Clinton, Glynn sits on an Advisory Board for BBC Studios, sat on the Advisory Board for Welsh Government and co-founded Young Brits as a social enterprise to champion young business talent from the UK. He was a UK Ambassador for the European Cultural Parliament’s Youth Network & was the UK’s Lead Entrepreneur delegate at the G20 Leadership Summits.

Glynn became a Director of UnLtd – a £150m Foundation for social entrepreneurs – for six years and additionally Director of Digital and Emerging Markets for Santander.

Glynn is a regular speaker on digital strategy, innovation in education, enterprise / entrepreneurship & sustainability. His specialism is in emerging markets and De Montfort University have further acknowledged this, appointing Glynn as a Senior Research Fellow.

Glynn was announced by the President of Mexico as an Honorary Consul in the UK. He remains politically neutral.
